Facts about the GSU-list

The use of the list is binding for admissions to first-cycle studies pursuant to the Act relating to Universities and University Colleges of 1 April 2005. (FOR-2007-01-31-173).
The use of the list is guiding for admissions to second- and third-cycle studies, subject-specific recognition and general recognition.
The award of a student loan grant for studies abroad by the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund is closely connected with general recognition of the studies in question by NOKUT. The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund therefore also uses the GSU-list to determine which studies abroad can get financial support.
The list is updated twice a year: Medio March and Medio November.
