What can you expect of INVIA?

INVIA aims to be an open and accessible centre that provides good service to its users. Everyone who contacts the centre is to be received in a professional manner and receive sufficient and relevant information about their particular situation.

INVIA will answer your email within five working days. If we cannot provide an answer within this deadline, we will inform you as to when you can expect a final answer.

When you contact INVIA by phone or visit our offices, you can expect us to be accommodating and there for you. You can also expect us to provide you with personal guidance and information in a straightforward manner.


What INVIA does not do

INVIA is not to process any cases – we only provide guidance and refer users to the appropriate recognition office. Nor are we to accept applications on behalf of the recognition offices.
