Fra videregående skole / From upper secondary school:

• Vitnemål fra videregående skole eller annet dokument som gav deg opptak til høyere utdanning / Certificate of completed general secondary education or other document that gave you access to higher education

Fra høyere utdanning / From higher education:

• Endelig vitnemål for grad eller diplom / final diploma, degree certificate 
  
  
• Karakterutskrift for utdanningen for grad eller diplom / official academic transcripts
  
  
• Diploma Supplement (dersom du har det / if available)

Andre dokumenter / Other documents:

• Utfylt søknadsskjema / completed application form
  
  
• Oversettelser / translations
  
  
• Bekreftelse på identitet / verification of identity         
  
  
• Bekreftelse på navneendring (eventuelt) / documentation of name change (if applicable)

Hvordan sende inn / How to submit your documents

• Send inn søknadsskjema og offentlig bekreftet kopi av utdanningsdokumenter, oversettelser, identitets- og navneendringsdokumenter. Dette kan sendes som vanlig brev. / Submit the application form and officially certified copies of educational documents, translations, identity papers and change of name documents. You may send them by post.

NOKUT reserverer seg retten til å innkreve originaldokumentene for kontroll. / NOKUT reserves the right to request the original documents for verification.

Forsøk på å oppnå godkjenning ved hjelp av falske dokumenter vil bli politianmeldt. / Any attempt to obtain recognition with fraudulent documents will be reported to the police.
